At TruNativ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
